In 2002, the Nemco Design Group was formed and staffed with experienced packaging conveyor and production line engineers. In addition to innovative problem solving and packaging line expertise, their focus continues to be on customer satisfaction that results in long-term relationships.

Nemco engineers understand plant operations and environments. Having daily interaction with Nercon's manufacturing process, they have "hands-on" experience in a variety of industries including food, household products, personal care, health and beauty and industrial products.
